Q: How do I know my size?
Please check out the size guide on the product page to compare to your measurements. After checking and you are still unsure, please send message us on Instagram or email and we will be more than happy to help.
Q: How do I care for my Activewear?
To protect the quality and characteristics of your Activewear it is best to hand wash your activewear inside out with mild soap and lie flat in the shade to dry. Please avoid rough surfaces such concrete as contact may cause pilling. If in doubt, please check the washing instructions which comes with your item (s).
Q: Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation message as soon as your order has been placed followed by another confirmation message on dispatch which will include the order number and a link for you to track your order. For delivery timeframe please click here. Alternatively, please get in touch with us.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy
Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can you please change or refund me?
We will be happy to assist you with the sizing and if you aren’t in love with your purchase, we will endeavor to find a remedy for you. Please send us an email with your order number to hello@fashionbrazil.co.nz to discuss. As per our returns and exchange policy, we are not obliged to provide refunds due to change of mind or wrong size.
Q: Do you offer free returns?
As stated in our Returns and Exchange Policy, all postage and handling costs on returning items will be incurred by the purchaser. However, if your item is faulty, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. For faulty items please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Fashion Brazil does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Q: I’ve removed the tag (s) from my item (s) but I haven’t worn it, can I still exchange them?
For hygiene reasons, it is important that the item(s) is returned with any packing and tags that it came with/in and are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and free of damage), otherwise we will we cannot exchange or accept a return. Please refer to our Returns and Exchange Policy.
Q: I have a faulty item, what do I do?
If your purchase has evident quality issues, please email us ASAP. Make sure to add details of the fault together with photos and we will find a remedy for you.
Q: How do I return my order?

Q: Orders outside of New Zealand, why am I being charged by customs?
Fashion Brazil is not responsible for import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Under no circumstance will Fashion Brazil accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender. For more information about customs charges click here.
