Q: How do I know my size?
We offer you a variety of Brazilian Activewear brands and their product comes with their own size guide. Please check out the size guide on the product page to compare your measurements. After checking and you are still unsure, please message on our Facebook page, we will be happy assist you.
Q: How do I care for my Activewear?
To protect the quality and characteristics of your Activewear it is best to hand wash your activewear inside out with mild soap and lie flat in the shade to dry. Please avoid rough surfaces such concrete as contact may cause pilling. If in doubt, please check the washing instructions which comes with your item (s).
Q: Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days to be delivered (NZ, AU). USA (3 to 7 business days). If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received your order, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will lodge an investigation with our Courier service and resolve this.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and received your order confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled or amended. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy.
Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can you please change refund me?
We will be happy to assist you with the sizing and if you aren’t in love with your purchase, we will endeavor to find a remedy for you. Please send us an email with your order number to email@example.com to discuss availability. As per our terms and conditions, we do not provide refunds due to change of mind or wrong size.
Q: Do you offer free returns?
As stated in our Returns Policy, all postage and handling costs on returns/exchange due to change of mind in size will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Fashion Brazil does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Q: I’ve removed the tag (s) from my item (s) but I haven’t worn it, can I still exchange them?
For hygiene reasons, it is important that the item(s) is returned with any packing and tags that it came with/in and are in original condition (unworn, unwashed and free of damage), otherwise we will we cannot exchange or accept a return.
Q: I have a faulty item, what do I do?
If your purchase has evident quality issues, please email us soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org . Make sure to add details of the fault together with photos and we will find a remedy for your issue.
Q: How do I return my order?
Simply fill the returns form you have received with your purchase. Our returns address is at the bottom of the form.

Orders under NZD$100 - NZD$6.50 Flat rate
Orders over NZD$150 - Free Shipping
Orders under NZD$150 - NZD$25 Flat rate
Orders over NZD$200 - Free Shipping
Orders under NZD$200- NZD$30 Flat rate
* Please note that these rates are based on a 2kg courier bag, if you item weighs more than 2kg's we will contact you so that we an adjust the shipping cost difference.

Q: Orders outside of New Zealand, why am I being charged by customs?
Fashion Brazil is not responsible for import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Under no circumstance will Fashion Brazil accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
