Shipping Policy

At Fashion Brazil, we are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience. If your order is urgent, please reach out to us on Instagram or WhatsApp, and we will do our best to expedite the process!

1. Delivery Time Frame
Delivery within New Zealand takes 1-2 business days from dispatch. For international orders, delivery typically takes 4-13 business days, depending on your location, via NZ Post tracked parcel. Please note that customs restrictions may cause delays, and delivery times can vary based on the destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by NZ Post, but once the parcel reaches your destination country's sorting center, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

2. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel.

Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas or other peak shopping times, there may be delays in courier pickups and deliveries. While we strive to process and dispatch orders promptly, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery during these times. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You will have the opportunity to review the total cost, including shipping, before completing your purchase.

6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@fashionbrazil.co.nz. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. If your package shows visible damage or signs of tampering upon delivery, please report this to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.

7. International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Import Liabilities
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are not covered by Fashion Brazil. Please check with your local customs office for more details before making a purchase.
Additionally, we will not accept returns for orders rejected due to unpaid or uncollected customs fees or other import-related issues.

8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the package to the correct address.

9. Shipping Policy Updates
Fashion Brazil reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will apply to all orders placed after the update.
