Shipping rates: 

New Zealand: FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

  • A shipping fee of $6.50 will apply to orders under $100

Australia:  FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150

  • A shipping fee of $22 will apply to orders under $150

United States: Shipping Fee will be applied at the checkout

If your county  is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote.

All order are dispatched within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, you will receive an email along with tracking information so you can track your order.

Delivery time frame within New Zealand is 1 -2 business days.  Australia and United States 3-10 business days from dispatch, however, depending on customs restrictions your order may be delayed.

Please keep in mind that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of New Zealand. Any extra charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  Fashion Brazil does not take responsibility for any delays or additional charges out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties

Please note: We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of the NZ post and/or courier.  If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened or tampered with in anyway, please ensure that this is noted with the delivery driver upon delivery.

Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as un-deliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every purchase you make with Fashion Brazil.   If you need to exchange your size we are happy to help you, and if you aren’t in love with your purchase we will gladly find a remedy for you.  Please send us an email with your order number to returns@fashionbrazil.co.nz  to discuss availability.

Our returns and exchange policy is 10 business days  for New Zealand orders and 30 days for International orders. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange past this time.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

As our address is a PO Box, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  

Please fill in the returns/exchange form which you received with your order and send it back to us to the address provided.  Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and exchanging  your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty item 
We pride ourselves in creating high-quality apparel and  take damages very seriously. If your purchase has evident quality issues, please contact us returns@fashionbrazil.co.nz 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (less shipping costs), within a certain amount of days.

Giveaway 
Giveaways will under no circumstances exchanged.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Please note:

In accordance with the New Zealand and Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.  We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

All orders are processed in New Zealand Dollars.
