Returns

We hope you love every purchase you make with Fashion Brazil.   If you need to exchange your size we are happy to help you, and if you aren’t in love with your purchase we will gladly find a remedy for you.

Exchange:

To exchange your purchase for another style or size, please contact us info@ashionbrazil.co.nz to discuss availability.   All shipping costs is your responsibility and you will be invoiced accordingly.   Please note that you will only be issued a store credit if you are returning an item due to fit, sizing or change of mind.

Faulty items:

If you have received a faulty  item,  you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement, store credit, or refund. Please let us know immediately and send your item back to us. Once evaluated we will be in touch with you regarding the next steps to take.

All returns must be received in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact. Any items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered to be a fault.

Returning your item (s):
  1. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as we cannot process a refund or credit note  for any parcel that is lost on their way to us.
  2. Sales & Discounted items with more than 20% off are only eligible for a store credit.  Items discounted at more than 50%  off are not eligible for a return.

Our address is a PO Box, we commend using one of the following services for your return:

  • NZ Post
  • Courier Post
Refunds:

In accordance with the New Zealand and Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund for sizing, fit, change of mind, or returns. For example, the consumer guarantees do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

To ensure a smooth and happy transaction, please make sure of the following: 
  1.  Your return is within 10 business days (NZ orders) or within 30 days (International)  of your order date.
  2. Items are in their  original condition, unworn, unwashed, damage free and with all tags in tact.
  3. You need to include your order number.  Unfortunately we are unable to process an exchange or return without the order number.

We are unable to accept your return if the tag is removed. If the tag is removed, the item will be sent back to you.

All exchanges are processed every Tuesday and Wednesday of each week.  We will do our best to process your return as soon as it is received, however refunds and store credits can take at least 5 – 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the same card or payment type used to make the original purchase. Once it is completed, we will send you an email to let you know that it is on the way!

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.  We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
