We want our customers to love every purchase they make from Fashion Brazil. If you are not 100% happy when you receive your order simply return it in the condition you receive it and we will offer you an exchange or refund no questions asked!

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are a few rules in order to return or exchange a product with Fashion Brazil!
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
- Please email us on email@example.com for further instructions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed and will process your refund as quickly as possible, however please allow at least 5 – 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account. We will issue your refund in the same method as to which your item was paid.
Please note: Items which have been damaged due to general wear and tear are not considered to be a fault.
Although we take great care when packaging your order if when you receive your order you find a fault in some way or a manufacturing fault has occurred within a reasonable time frame please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss further.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that have been damaged after they are received by you or if they are not in new condition and original packaging. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
Afterpay purchases can be returned for online store credit only. In these instances, Fashion Brazil will issue a credit voucher of your return and you will still be required to fulfill your payments via Afterpay.
Please note: Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on SALE or DISCOUNTED PROMOTIONAL ITEMS. This applies to both New Zealand and International orders.
